The World Bank’s new Flare and Vent Measurement Guidelines

As part of the Emission Club’s ongoing collaboration with other organisations, the World Bank, who manages the Global Gas Flaring Reduction (GGFR) Partnership, welcomes feedback from members on their new draft Guidelines covering flare and vent measurement.
